Nutrition and Malnutrition Disorders
Nutrition is one area of health where natural medicine is able to have an incredible effect. Through the use of pattern identification a proper diet plan can be used as the sole means of treatment for many disorders.
Our diet must contain a variety of foods which changes often, any food no matter how "healthy" can become a cause of disease when eaten in excess. Just as the seasons change and our bodies change, so should our diet. What foods we ate 6 months ago may cause dis-ease when eaten today. We must continually change our diet as our health changes, the season changes and our age changes.
When making simple changes in our diet a profound effect can be had on our health. When our digestive health is functioning at it's best we will feel more energetic, less achey and mentally clearer.
